My Students

My students are mixed ability and amazing. They come from varying backgrounds but come together as a lively bunch of curious learners.

I have students who have limited resources at home and little access to engaging, educational activities outside of school.

I have students who have had to evacuate their countries due to conflict and are learning English for the first time. I have students with autism, learning disabilities, and attention deficit disorder.

They are my Blue Suede Paws and are our fantastic future.

My Project

My students love their Math VersaTiles and I know that they would love these Literacy VersaTiles too. The kit would give them the ability to develop and practice their literacy foundations (phonics and fluency), language conventions, vocabulary, and both literature and informational text comprehension. I have students from all ability levels.

Through these fun activities, they can work and play together while developing their literacy skills.

What I love the most is how the answer tiles add an additional high-level thinking aspect to the activities as well as the ability for the students to check their own answers. This increases their ELA confidence and competence.
