Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The 5th graders of room 7 are eager and enthusiastic. They are curious about the world around them. There is a saying that states "curiosity leads to confidence and confidence leads to eager learners", this is exactly what I have in my classroom. These students are bright, energetic and always up for a challenge.
We are diverse learners with different needs, however one things is certain and that is our passion for learning.
We are explorers, who are seeking assistance for technology resources such as Ipads. Technology is the fuel to our society, it has created significant change in the way teachers teach and students learn. Please help our classroom!
My Project
As an educator, I have seen first hand how technology has made a difference in students interest in their education. Every student can learn but not in the same manner. The way a student understands and processes information will vary depending on their learning styles. These Ipads will allow students to access educational programs where they can practice the same skills learned in the classroom but through a different perspective.
My goal is to use these devices to expose students to the kind of activities that engage their learning through innovative ways.
Technology has made learning easy, interactive and captivating. I will be using these Ipads to provide my students with the best resources for their own learning needs while still consideration the curriculum requirements that will accelerate their learning process.
