My students need nonfiction leveled readers, interactive CD-Rom, handwriting paper, and storage units.
This project expired on January 22, 2012.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Technology is everywhere around us and this project will help bring our curriculum and our technology together!
Many of my students are from low income families and have very little exposure to the world outside of school.
They are very curious about everything and really enjoy learning new things. Non-fiction curriculum is very important to their learning process so that they can be exposed to many of the things they are missing out on at home.
The non-fiction interactive CD-Rom with the leveled readers would be a great addition to our classroom to not only introduce non-fiction to the students, but also to expose them to new things through the use of technology. The handwriting paper will allow for the students to focus on their writing as they explore the new world they are learning about. The storage centers will be a great way for the students to store their items in a very organized way.
These items will be a great addition to our classroom.
Non-fiction is very important in my classroom and the use of technology is a great way to keep the students engaged. The paper and the storage units will allow the students to be able to write about the world around them and also store it easily.
