Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are nothing less than amazing. They come from many backgrounds and some have faced trials and tribulations. Despite that, they come in every day ready to give me their best. We transform from class to family early on in the year to help encourage and support one another.

Some days we laugh, some days we cry but every day, we love one another!

My students mean the world to me and I make sure that they know that. With that kind of bond, we can accomplish anything!

My Project

My students have enjoyed using the 3Doodler pens in reading class this year. We have been able to integrate many of our standards while using this tool to enhance our STEAM creativity. Recently, my students created idioms using the 3Doodler pens. We have built so much this year that we are now running low on our refills. The refills for our 3Doodler pens will allow my students to continue to engage in STEAM activities. They will also help my students to get excited about learning ELA and Reading standards. Most importantly, the refills will allow my students to let their creative juices flow!
