Easels for Learning in Kindergarten

Help me give my students easels for new and easy center exploration, as well as whole group lessons.

My Project

Each year, my students show their desire to take charge of their learning and exploration. They’re most engaged when they have choice and freedom in their learning. Whole group time and Centers are great opportunities for me to easily provide this for my Kindergarten students. It’s critical that they’re actively engaging in the practice of skills independently and scaffolded, while I’m pulling small groups for targeted literacy instruction or teaching whole group using charts.

Due to Covid our space is limited and these easels will allow for exploration and space-saving portability!

These easels will allow for differentiation, so that all students can practice choice making and feel successful and confident at their level either it be independently or with all of their classmates! My students would love the opportunity to express themselves with an Art easel, especially since our district does not offer an Art class!
