This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a third-grade teacher to 24 kind, respectful and thoughtful students. Each day, we try to make the most of the time we spend together. We learn from each other as we celebrate our successes and learn from our failures.

My students are simply amazing.

They deserve my best every single day and that is what I strive to give them. I want our classroom to be a safe place where they feel comfortable to speak their minds, defend their thoughts and take risks.

My Project

I need an easel that will allow me to be mobile and use a variety of tools with my third graders. Our classroom is a flexible seating classroom and therefore flexibility is a must when teaching my students! I want to be able to offer all my students hands-on learning.

Active student involvement is a must in my classroom!

Students learn through doing and an easel like this one, will allow students to be fully involved in our lessons.

Many of my students are very visual learners. This easel will allow me to move around the classroom and will give quick access to a variety of tools. This basic item will truly benefit my students.
