Ease Breathing

Help me give my students humidifier and essential oils in our classroom especially this winter and cold season.

My Project

Our brains prioritize survival above learning. Now more than ever students are anxious and stressed and conflicts tend to arise. Students need a calming environment to refocus. I am requesting funds to purchase diffusers and quality essential oils. Research has shown specific essential oils (Eucalyptus, Peppermint) can increase the attention of students as well as calm behaviors (Lemongrass, Lavender). It is a safe and easy method to aid in student success. The humidifier will be placed in our classroom center to have an equal distribution of calming environment.

It will help get rid of runny nose and anxiety too.
