As a special education teacher in a low-income/high-poverty school district, my students are faced with social, emotional and educational challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the challenges they may face, I am looking to keep things positive and engaging for the students.
Our school is moving into the future and we are constantly trying to give our students the best supplies, resources, and experiences we can!
This can include resources to encourage constant learning for such a diverse group of kids.
As a teacher, I find myself continuously working on improving the student's self-esteem, perseverance, and academic abilities in a fun and creative way. The students are energetic, creative, and interested in learning all they can.
Many educators use multimedia presentations in their classes to help their students learn and retain information.
I know that not every student learns in the same way and many students, who are used to using computers and watching television, learn better when using presentations in class or working individually with computer lessons.
To help them hear the audio when they are working on a lesson, school headphones are the perfect solution. Distractions make it difficult to concentrate, but using headphones help students keep their attention on the presentation. Using multimedia presentations and language learning applications are an important resource in classrooms and the headphones would assist with the learning.
