My Students
My wonderful students are full of so much energy and love! I love that I get to be in a classroom with such special scholars! We strive daily to be the best learners possible! We try to make learning fun!
My scholars are learning daily on what it means to be a good scholar!
They teach me so many lesson daily on being a good friend and student. My students do not let their current circumstance affect how they learn. I desire to see my students make their academic goals this school year!
My Project
I desire for my students to become stronger in math and also reading. My scholars currently earn money through their classroom economy.
My goal is to see them grow in math with the use of financial literacy.
My students will be able to learn how to budget and save. I desire to create a classroom store that would provide my students with the ability to buy treats or flexible seating options. My students will be able to earn up to 35 dollars a week. They will be able to go to the student store once a week and earn treats. The cost of treats would start off at 15 dollars and range up to 90 dollars. I know a new program like this will be a great opportunity for my student to learn financial literacy and also grow in their basic math skills such as addition and subtraction.
