This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have tried many types of headphones for my students and they all end up breaking before the school year is over. Having 500 earbuds will allow me to provide headphones for my students for years to come, and they won't have to share.

My second and third grade students do a lot of work on their Chromebooks, which require that they use headphones.

If a student's headphones break, they have to listen to the audio without headphones, and others can hear their audio. Headphones are crucial for students to be able to hear their own audio, but also so their audio doesn't interrupt the learning of others.

These materials will benefit my students by providing them with ear buds that will allow them to hear their own audio without disrupting the learning of others.
