Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are so hard working. Many of them come from lower income backgrounds and/or immigrant families. We have fun learning daily.
My students are always trying their best to meet their own goals, and to better their own learning.
This is especially more difficult for some, as many of our students are ESL students.
However, no matter the challenges my students have continued to show so much growth in their learning, both academically and socially. I am so proud of their progress and perseverance.
My Project
This year, we seem to be using our supplies faster than ever! Our ear buds are vital daily as we use them when students are on their technology programs for both Math and Reading. These programs are vital to supplement their learning and students need to be able to hear what they are learning, without disturbing others around them.
Ear Buds as well as Dry Erase markers are tools for learning that we use daily.
Our dry erase markers are vital, especially during Math. Regular markers are important tools for us as well, as we try to show our learning through various activities and projects.
As the year goes on, these supplies need refreshed. Thanks for helping out our classroom!
