We have an incredible group of 29 bilingual first graders in our class, but this project will benefit just one student and help support academic growth. Our students are trying to finish up the last 1/3 of the school year doing Distance Learning at home.
Did you know that helping this one student can help the whole family create a bright future?
Some students have plenty of supplies at home, while others have a hard time finding a pencil and paper to do their on-line studies. Distance Learning looks different for each family, but we all want the same thing, for students to feel loved, supported and have academic growth.
My Project
I am requesting help getting much needed supplies to families in need. This family can help their child with Distance Learning tasks for our first grade class using a while board and markers. Another thing they can do is work on reading and forming words with the magnetic letters. The math manipulative box has various math learning opportunities. The bilingual emergent book set will help families engage the learning with non-fiction topics.
These distance learning supplies can give this family new opportunities to grow and learn.
