Our students are amazing! The come from various walks of life, but our school uniform policy makes it difficult to know this, which I love. My kids love hands-on, engaging projects and challenges. Our K-8 charter school does a great job of making our community of families and staff feel welcomed. Students are challenged daily with interactive learning and integrated subjects. The students are eager to come to school each day.
Students are falling in love with learning again by the experiences and opportunities we bring to them.
Many of the students love to play games while learning so they can be up moving or working with technology, which is why incorporating iPads will benefit them so much. I use a variety tools to teach my students to give them what they need on an individualized basis. My students are amazing group, with open heart and minds to try new and difficult things. Each day I am excited about our adventures and lucky to have a wonderful group.
My Project
Due to our new at-home learning platform, I am struggling to make great video demonstrations for the students to learn from at their home. This Wacom One will help solve that problem. It has a lot of great features that I can use across the different content. With live streaming, I can instruct my students with ease to best support their learning. Plus, once we return to the classroom I can continue to use the device when demonstrating/modeling the new content live. This is an amazing tool that has many opportunities to enhance my student's learning from a distance.
