My students need access to a document camera, to ensure that they can participate and share their work in class in large group.

My Students

Help the children in Utah see technology come to life. In our school we have very limited technology for the lower grades. A document camera would allow my class to have improved access to the materials we are creating in class.

My students are hard working and focused kids.

They are challenged to learn at school in two languages, English and Spanish. My students are very diverse and very motivated to learn. We are in a title one school that holds the children to high academic achievement.

My Project

Giving the children access to a document camera will allow the children to explain their thoughts orally and still be able to show the children their written example. In this manner, the children will be able to support each other in their learning.

Your help will give the children access to technology that will support their oral language development.

They will be explicitly taught how to model their thinking and strategies in all the state core ideas. It will enhance all of the student thinking and help me to create children that are articulate and engaged.
