My Students

My students are an eager bunch of four-year-olds that are so excited to learn each day. My Pre-K classroom is constantly buzzing with energetic children who truly have a love for learning. Each day is filled with play, singing, dancing, hands-on experiences, and scientific explorations that have true meaning to these young learners. Their amazing experiences in school so far bring smiles and joy to their faces each morning. Watching them grow and seeing them excited to learn each day truly makes my job as a teacher so rewarding.

My Project

Rainy days are always a bummer in Pre-K...especially when you have to walk to school! With these awesome umbrellas, we are hoping to meet the needs of our students who have to dodge rain drops on their way to school.

Research has shown that attendance is typically lower on a day when the weather is poor.

Having these umbrellas can help increase attendance on rainy days, and will help make our students more comfortable on their journey. The beautiful designs of these kid friendly umbrellas, are sure to bring smiles to our faces, especially when my students find out they can keep them as their own!
