My Students

Many diverse needs, educational levels and so little time....With 25 students in my classroom, making sure they are able to receive point of need instruction on the exact skills is very difficult!

An incredible group of kids who surprise me every day with their amazing knowledge, kindness and intuition.

They have read over 200 books already this year, played more than 20 hours of educational math games, and have found built a great community of learning in my classroom. We live in an "almost" rural area - on the edge of the biggest city in Idaho!

My Project

Adaptive math learning is a great way to push students' current understandings further. Not only does Dreambox assess, re-assess and find students' current levels of understanding, but it provide instruction in their ZPD to turn them into experts quickly and efficiently.

Confidence...students who believe they are great at something will be more likely to succeed!

When students feel good about their work, they are more likely to continue the behavior.
