My Project

The past year has been extremely difficult for everybody in education. Probably the greatest casualty has been empathy. Students who are together don’t realize how interconnected we all are. The more we work together, the more we are together, the more we realize how much we really do need from other people on a daily basis. Art in particular has the ability to foster interconnectedness. My goal this past year, and into the future has been to have students working on projects together as much as they’re able to re-learn what being an empathetic member of society really means.
