The students in my virtual classroom are fun, full of energy, and love to come to virtual school each day! They are eager to learn and it shows as soon as they log on. For many of the children, this is their very first time with a school experience. I am honored to be a part of their early learning and to help build a foundation for future life success.
I love being able to provide enriching, hands-on experiences throughout our school day.
The majority of my students are Dual Language Learners and come from low socioeconomic backgrounds. The families are considered to be at the highest risk of educational hardships.
I want to ensure I give them a variety of plentiful materials where they can thrive and reach their greatest potential. We foster a sense of community in our virtual classroom where the children feel and know they are loved and an important part of our school family.
My Project
The Do A Dot dabbers, workbooks, and dot stickers are great tools for hand eye coordination, patterning, upper and lower case letter recognition, increasing confidence, sorting, one to one correspondence, and fine motor building.
My virtual students thrive when able to work with materials they find exciting.
These items can be used in a variety of ways to help my students learn all while still being engaged and focused. They can be used for math, literacy, and fine motor control.
