My Students

"You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes, you can steer yourself in any direction you choose!" ~Dr. Seuss This is so true of the places my students will be able to go with the help of this technology. They will become life long learners, ready for the ever changing workforce!

Computer geniuses and gaining more knowledge everyday!

They have such an overwhelming need to learn more and more everyday. They want to know everything about everything. They are developing great problem solving skills. They hear many times a day "Be a problem..." and they say "solver not a problem maker!"

My Project

My students already spend an hour each week doing coding, this will just add to their excitement when they have a more hands on experience of actually seeing something move because of the coding instructions they gave it! Can you imagine the critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills they will need in order to maneuver their robot through a maze of obstacles.

This project will improve my classroom tremendously!

There are more and more technology jobs being created each day, and millions more that we can't even think of yet will be available when these students graduate from high school. Why not start to get them ready for their ever changing future now!
