I am a Speech Language Pathologist providing speech and language therapy/communication intervention across both inclusion and self-contained settings. My students are striving to learn to express themselves effectively in the classroom so that they can effectively access the curriculum. My students are extraordinary individuals who choose to overcome challenges and adversity every time they come into the classroom. Through close collaboration with my students' team of classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents we promote speech and language growth to help our future leaders of tomorrow succeed in both their personal and academic goals.

Through this project I am requesting language kits to specifically address vocabulary development, identification of main idea and supporting details, categorizing, grammar and answering questions. Additionally these evidence-based kits from Super Duper will support comprehension in the classroom. These skills begin as receptive skills with provided visuals and progress to expressive identification and analysis of vocabulary and concepts. Every day is a new adventure with my children as we build our communication and experience a love of life. I am so thankful for your support to expand the language skills of my students.
