My Project

This specific project does not just help my scholars but our whole school. Our school offers free breakfast and lunch to all scholars but if you eat breakfast before school unfortunately you cannot eat at second chance breakfast. A majority of our scholars are at school at least a half an hour before breakfast starts and stay at our after-school program until 6 pm. Eating at school is sometimes the only times some our homeless scholars eat. Our loving, caring and giving office ladies buy snacks out of their own pockets, but unfortunately it never goes too far.

By donating to this project, you will help keep our scholars from being hungry.

We hate that we have to tell our hungry scholars we don't have snacks to fill their bellies and really don't like them being embarrassed when food is taken away because they have already had their breakfast before school started.
