This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I work in a Title I school where more than ninety-five percent of the students receive free or reduced-price lunches. I teach in a very small district that sometimes struggles to provide funding for scientific advancement.

Even though many of my students have a challenging home life, they come to school ready to learn, in order to better themselves as individuals and future leaders in our communities.

The students I teach are always asking questions about the world around them and have an intrinsic wonder.

My Project

Every day my students struggle to keep all of their papers organized. This causes unneeded stress. The ability for me to bind packets for these students would be an enormous benefit for these students. No longer would they struggle to find the correct handout or worksheet. It would all be there for them. 3 ring binders do not really work well because they are bulky and the pages easily rip and can become lost.

I know the students would be very grateful for a donation of this product for the classroom.
