My Students

Creating a love of learning and developing independent learners is every teachers goal. My students would enjoy time spent in the classroom even more with an interactive document camera!

Every student loves working with interactive materials.

This great device allows children to readily share problem solving strategies or exemplar answers to comprehension questions. I can't wait to project images of text/pictures on the Smartboard for EVERYONE to easily see! Student engagement and involvement will increase and this will spark joy in everyone, especially the teacher.

My Project

At this time our school shares one document camera among the entire school. Many of our "Reading Workshop" lessons would be more effective using a document camera to display text/pictures for the entire class to view. Diagrams/maps can be enlarged with an optical zoom that is incredibly versatile.

This camera is a big budget item that will have a huge impact in the classroom.

Students will be excited to learn in all areas! Teachers who help out in the classroom can use the document camera with their vocabulary, spelling, and phonic lessons. The possibilities are endless...
