Document Camera to teach Art students.
My students need a document camera so they can see some of the drawings done as they are working especially when we study perspective drawing. A document camera will help out a lot!
After ten years of teaching, I moved to a new school and a newly built classroom with very little in the way of supplies. I have a lot of eager students and would like a document camera to help in their drawing and painting instruction.
My students come from all over the bay area.
Our school is a college prep middle and high school and spends a lot of time with character building activities. Our students are economically and ethnically diverse. We want to give them the best opportunity to build their future.
I am requesting a document camera. I can attach this camera to my desk and project that image on a screen. I can provide better demonstration of techniques as students will be better able to see each demonstration.
We can also use the document camera to talk about students' work. Projecting their work will allow for better presentations and help to improve their communication skills.
We would be very grateful and thankful for your donation.
Our drawings and paintings will be improved with the use of this technology. We hope you will join our efforts.
