Help me give my students a document camera that can do more than just display the document!

Our school is located in Detroit, Michigan. My students face many challenges outside the classroom that other children do not face. We are a Title 1 school and students receive free breakfast and lunch.
They are great kids who overcome more than many can imagine walking through the school doors each day.
Teaching High School to this group is a challenge; students are often below grade level, but also strive to greatness every day! My students define the word perseverance. I hope to continue to provide supplies, rewards, and technology to help my students continue to make great strides.
Currently, we are virtual and I have no way to display readings and work on annotating text a crucial reading comprehension task. This document camera is very flexible, it would allow me to display the reading, use as a webcam and when we are back in the classroom it will also record!
It is a flexible piece of tech that will help us whether we stay remote in January or if we are back in the classroom.
This document camera is imperative for teaching graphing next semester as well - it is a desperately needed piece of tech in our classroom.
