My Students

I love my students because I learn from them and they make me a better person. I love teaching! My students keep me young. Each year I change my plans and adjust my instruction to meet the needs and personalities of my classes. I teach our lowest level students and our highest level students. My lower level economics students challenge me to find new ways to help them successfully navigate the classroom & rigorous curriculum at our school. My highest level economics students challenge my own understanding and force me to dig deeper into academia.

My Project

This document camera will enable my students to see me draw and write just as I would on the big white board in class! The document camera can also take photos and record videos of my demonstrations. Students are required to be able to create and interpret graphs, the document camera will allow my students to see me draw and manipulate the graphs in real-time during our Zoom classes. Moreover once we are back in school regularly I can use it to help tutor students after school hours who missed class due to illness, sports, etc.
