Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. The students are creative and very hardworking. They love to be challenged in the classroom and to learn new things.
As a teacher in a low income area, my students are faced with obstacles both in and out of the classroom.
Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to provide my students with a meaningful educational experience.
My Project
During our center rotations each day our students use technology to login to their Blended Learning websites. We also have times in which the whole class is on Blended Learning.
Without headphones, we all struggle to do our best due to many different sounds happening at once.
Many of students are unable to bring in their own set of headphones for various reasons. The ones we currently have in our classroom are beginning to come apart due to them being used so much and being several years old.
With our own set of classroom headphones, we would be able to make sure that not only are our headphones in the best shape, but that when we login to our Blended Learning paths that we are able to do our absolute best.
