My Students

Hello, everyone! I am a fourth-grade teacher working for a high poverty school district located in a small, rural mid-Missouri town. Our small elementary school provides education to around 250 students.

My fourth-grade students are very motivated to learn!

They have shown how hard they are willing to work. This group is energetic and brings a smile to my face every day. Walking into my classroom you will find a group of 15 caring, energetic, and hardworking students. Each and every one of them has their own personality and way of learning. They love getting out of their seats and can learn better in different parts of the room. Lastly, they get so excited when they are given the opportunity to try something new.

My Project

My students use chromebooks each day to complete assignments and enrichment activities. I have a partial set of headphones that I assign each year, but they keep breaking as they are several years old. I purchased each student a set of cheap headphones, but due to the amount of use, many of them are no longer working.

I would love to be able to replace our old class set to have durable headphones for each student again.
