Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My fantastic, fourth graders love math. Although they love it, some topics can get kind of tedious, and we’re looking for a way to spice it up. With 3-D resources, my scholars will be able to have actual hands-on real-world mathematical experiences and explore their own creativity.

Printing their own math manipulatives will help to get those dendrites firing, create a sense of ownership and help to ignite the spark of excitement about learning.

It will also help them to gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. 3-D Technology will open the door to so many new learning experiences for my scholars. 3-D technology will help to create a whole New World of educational opportunities in math, science, and project-based learning all while introducing what could later lead to a future career choice.
