My Students

Our 6th grade team is dedicated to being the best educators we can be, despite the challenges of distance learning!

Our students are energetic learners who love to read, write, discuss, and be active participants in their educational experience.

They strive to do their best every day and thrive in fast-paced learning environments that encourage them to use a growth mindset.

My Project

The materials requested in this project with help the 6th grade teachers on my team during full distance learning, and during hybrid learning if that transition should occur.

Teaching through synchronous, live video lessons all day is a new experience and a whole new learning/teaching environment.

The laptop stands and chart paper will allow the 6th grade teachers to full engage with our students and to create more interactive lessons during synchronous classes, as well as to create more appealing, interesting lessons during asynchronous learning.

Overall, the materials in this project will help me, and my 6th grade team, create the best learning experience possible for our students!
