My Students

I teach business and career education in an urban district. All of our students receive free or reduced lunches. Many of our students come from single-family homes and live in public housing. Given the challenges our students face each day, they deserve the same opportunities and experiences that students from more affluent districts have. Our students are eager to learn. The skills they learn in the business and career classes will carry over to their life after high school.

My Project

I will be using this TPT gift card to refresh my Business and Career Education Curriculum for distance learning. Teachers Pay Teachers has many assignments that are standards-based that apply to my current students. We have just been sent back to virtual learning and this gift card will help me reach my kids.

Teachers Pay Teachers is a website where teachers have created curriculums that they share.

By choosing to use Teachers Pay Teachers I am able to support a teacher who has spent time creating a lesson that my students can appreciate and enjoy, and that will relate to their classroom curriculum.
