My students are like a box of crayons. Each student's distance learning situation is unique. A common factor that I noticed is that many students don't have access to internet service, don't have adult guidance at home, and/or they lack access to school supplies.
My Project
Albert Einstein once said, "Logic will get you from A to Z; Imagination will get you everywhere." Learning at school is logical. That's usually the norm. The new norm is distance learning. Teachers and families have to be creative and imaginative to make lessons work.
Distance Learning Care Packages include general supplies such as primary journals, pencils, sharpeners, card stock activities, a happy face stress ball, and fruit snacks.
Providing each child with supplies will "level the playing field" for disadvantaged students and provide a common set of learning tools for distance learning activities.
