Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Not all students learn in the same way. Some are auditory learners, some learn by doing, and some are visual learners.
I have always had a diversified set of students every year.
It is part of the reason that I love to teach. Every year the new group of students brings lots of experience and background to share. They are determined to learn, and together with the teachers and staff at our school, we are making it happen. If the following items are funded, these kids would be able to grow and learn far beyond what I can financially provide for them.
My Project
Learning is a hands on minds on exercise for my 27 math and science students. STEM activities provide learners with real world problems to solve that enables success for all learners. With these materials my students will be able to design and create and test 3D structures using two 3Doodler Create EDU Bundle Sets during STEM lab activities.
This project will allow my students to create memories that will spark a lifetime of curiosity and learning.
Through collaboration during planning and execution the 3Doodler will prove to be the ultimate team building tool within our learning environment.
As I prepare my students on their journey to middle school, I hope that the experiences and memories this project are bound to create will remind them that they are more than able to meet the challenges ahead.
