My students attend a middle school in an area with a high poverty rate. Therefore, I work as hard as I can to make school a safe and exciting learning space for my students. I am always trying to learn about the newest technologies and ways to engage my students.
I love that my students can teach me as much as I can teach them.
All of my students come from different backgrounds and cultures and they find a way to teach me something new every day. I also work with many students who have special learning needs. Many of the students look forward to school every day, knowing that it is a safe place where they are loved and cared for by the adults in the building. The students know it is a place to take risks, be challenged, and grow and learn.
My Project
My students will greatly benefit from having access to high quality, engaging, and meaningful lessons from Teachers Pay Teachers. There are so many innovative ideas on Teachers Pay Teachers that I can use with my classroom. This resource will create more time for me to focus on meeting the individual needs of my students.
This school year is so uncertain, however, one thing is for certain, teachers need resources to help with distance learning!
