My Students

My students are amazing and eager learners! The majority of my students are from low-income families, many speaking languages other than English and some living in difficult situations. Despite these obstacles, they come to school every day with smiles on their faces, ready to learn.

My students come to school wondering what we are going to learn about today!

They enter the room looking around to see what new activities are ready for them to work on. I try to make my classroom a place the students are eager to come to every school day!

My Project

This year has been one like no other. My school district is currently learning remotely, so I am learning new technology and creating resources for my students. It has been difficult to provide engaging digital materials for my students, since most of the learning is typically hands-on learning in the preschool classroom. A gift certificate to Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to purchase digital materials that will be appropriate for my students and at the same time engaging. Until we can get back into the classroom, this will be a great resource to help my students learn.
