My Students

The students in my classroom are diverse, hard-working, and appreciative of your kindness. Each student works with their own laptop computer in order to develop 21st Century skills. My students have grown tremendously over this school year, and the integration have technology has been a large contributing factor to their success. That said, we have many students who cannot afford to purchase their own headphones, which are used frequently for lessons that incorporates media. Your contribution will help all of our students access their learning.

My Project

Our fourth graders each have their own laptop computer for learning. While this has been a wonderful experience, we need ear buds so that students can access and listen to the various media required in our 21st Century classroom in order to do so without distracting others nearby.

Some examples of what my students will be doing are:

- Learning Spanish by listening to individuals speak over the computer

- Accessing educational videos for research projects

- Creating and listening to podcasts related to the topics discussed in class
