Help me give my students a chance at a tailored education. Research shows that differentiating instruction is one of the best ways to reach every student where they are academically.

My name is Ms. Scott and I am a 7th grade ELA teacher in Delaware. I teach at a predominantly Hispanic school. More than 40% of my student are English Language Learners and nearly 27% of my students qualify for specialized educational services. One hundred percent of my students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. At my school we have a very transient population of middle schoolers that do not necessarily have the prior knowledge, support materials, or technological savvy to bridge concepts being used in the class. For these reason I am asking for Teacher's Pay Teachers gift cards and some graphic organizer workbooks in order to differentiate the instruction for my students. With such a unique population with such a wide range of needs, I often find it difficult to differentiate enough to reach every student.
A large percentage of my students are English language learners, qualify for specialized education services, and qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. My students come to me on a range of academic levels, often with huge gaps in their education. A subscription for online programs and the ability to differentiate my instruction by using multiple Techers Pay Teachers resources will allow me to reach every student.
My ELL students need various forms of translations, sentence starters, grammar support materials, and assistive graphic organizers.
My students that qualify for specialized education services need assignments, reading materials, grammar lessons, written instruction and comprehension, differentiated to meet them where they are academically. Also, all of my students need SIOP aligned support materials that can be purchased, to assist with reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, reading fluency, writing (sentence and paragraph) and higher order thinking skills and strategies.
