My Students

My students walk into our special classroom every day from all walks of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day.

My students know that I believe in them and they can do anything that they set their minds to.

In our classroom we focus on ability, not disability.

My Project

My students will benefit from new and exciting learning resources to be used in the classroom. The students in my class have a variety of abilities and so differentiated learning experiences is a must.

I want to tailor how my students access their lessons to fit their needs, preferences, strengths, and areas of growth.

For example, my students that struggle to express how they would like to serve their community using verbal or written expression can do so using worksheets that display images instead. It is my role to ensure that my students' learning styles are represented as they go into their communities and this resource from Teachers Pay Teachers will aid me in doing so.
