My Students

My students struggle with writing and finding new and interesting words to use.

The area that our school is in is very poor.

Our school has 95% of the students on free and reduced lunch prices. We do not even have a library in our school, but having these dictionaries would be so beneficial. My school is in our first year and we have seen many growths, but I want to see these growths continue.

My Project

Using dictionaries would allow my students to do hunts in the text to be able to discover the meanings of their spelling words. It would allow them to be able to look up the correct spelling of words in their writing. Overall it would allow them to be better readers and writers in every subject.

This project is so important because every student should have the ability to use a dictionary.

Right now my students do not have that luxury and I want to be able to provide that to my students. Thanks for all of the support for my students.
