This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a dual language teacher, having the adequate resources to help reach all students is of the utmost importance! Students learning a language need access to these materials readily, especially when having to learn in a language they are learning.

With students who are learning both English and Spanish in general, you can imagine how difficult it is for them to write in their second language.

For this reason, I am asking for donations to give my oruguitas Spanish / English dictionaries. Having this tool allows either language learner to have the words they need at their fingertips!

I am also asking for headphones to help them concentrate as they write and toggle between their work and the dictionary as well as a shoe rack to keep the dictionaries and the headphones organized.
