This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
In this time of Covid-19 students need extra help with remote learning.
I have special needs students.
The students are aged from three to five years of age. The students have different disabilities. There are students that are autistic, physically handicapped, and speech impaired. My students are awesome students that are from low-income families. These students have trouble communicating and struggle with social skills.
I work hard to give my students extra advantages. It is important that students are given extra items to help them succeed. The unique thing about my class is that students are coming into the class all year. The tablets will be used as communication tools. This will help students to fulfill academic requirements.
My Project
The tablets will be used as communication tools. This will help students to fulfill academic requirements. Students will have added technology to use as learning tools for all subject areas. I have one student that is blind and would benefit from listening to music and hearing different sounds.
This project is so important to this class to close the learning gap.
It's important that all students have a level field to be successful. The tablets will also give all students a chance to have his/her own work area. I have three students that are not verbal. Different education programs that will help so students can just touch the correct answer. The age group that will have these tablets will increase learning in all subject areas.
