Help me give my students flexible furniture that will serve as a desk and whiteboard and easily move aside when we are exploring performing arts.

My Project

My students work in a classroom with limited space due to our stationary desks.

With these flip-top, dry-erase desks, my students will learn in a flexible environment.

Flexible seating has proven to improve health while building communication and collaboration skills.

The desks would serve as both student workspaces, and small group stations.

When presenting, students would flip the desk and use the whiteboard as a vertical space. Vertical writing spaces and utilized in MIT to support creative thinking. Students would also be able to push the tables out of the way in order to use the entire classroom when learning performing arts.

The students would greatly benefit from this classroom redesign.
