The Computer Lab addresses the digital needs of approximately 700 students in grades 2- 5 throughout the school year. Approximately 81% of our students qualify for the free or reduced breakfast/lunch program. Many of our students have limited English skills. At our school we are committed to inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
Our school is dedicated and committed to providing a diverse and rigorous Technology and Creative Arts program that addresses the needs of the students in order to help every child succeed in our digital community.
Our students' new Mobile Book Organizer is going to be the start of a Mini Library for a collection of inspiring nonfiction books. Our students love their digital time in the Computer Lab, but they also love visiting our school library and holding a book in their hands.
I want my students to have that same joy of reading a printed book by having a Mini Library while in the Computer Lab.
Our new Mobile Book Organizer will start us on the road of collecting nonfiction books. Your kindness and generosity will help organized our nonfiction books and supplement our digital learning.
