My students need a microphone headset system to increase their ability to hear dance instructions over the accompanying music.

I teach Dance Education to students grades 6-8 in a high needs, poverty stricken school. I see 6 classes of 20+ students daily. Students enjoy grooving to beats and tunes that I introduce. However, speaking over the music is sometimes challenging. My classroom is very busy as students are dancing, changing positions, and learning. My students deserve to hear their dance instruction over the music as I issue challenges and corrections during class. My students love to use dance as a means of expression and deserve to have the best possible instruction!
My students are upbeat, in tune, and know how to count and dance to music. However, it takes fine tuning their abilities to produce a wonderful and artistic physical outcome. Students struggle hearing my instructions over the music. Yes, it is possible to stop the music, but then the students are not in the moment when hearing instructions. My students are given the opportunity to perform a recital at the end of the semester for their families. They deserve all the right equipment to prepare them for this moment! Dancing is often the only class that students enjoy.
I need a portable microphone headset system that I will wear at all times to amplify my voice as a dance instructor. All students will then be able to hear instructions, critics, and challenges even when the music is playing. This will enable all my 120+ students to perform better for their community at the end of semester recital.
Please help fund this project! Students should be involved in the arts, and why not a subject that they already enjoy-dancing! My students often do not have the opportunity to perform for their families and friends in a positive atmosphere; please help give them this chance!
