My students enter my classroom as energetic, creative and engaged learners. They are what makes every day in our classroom exciting.
In English, my students read closely, become comfortable with writing, create projects, and we delve into complex texts together.
Often the lack of resources in my room hinders my students from showing their best work. Everyone deserves the chance to do their best!
My students are a diverse group who are taking part in activities all across the campus. From ASB to NJHS to sports my students are future leaders. Giving them the opportunity to do their best in my classroom is my top priority.
My Project
Classroom sets of scissors will be used often in my classroom for projects based on our readings, and for adding new notes and work to our interactive notebooks. In Speech and Debate we have several projects throughout the semester that require cutting and pasting. All of these projects allow my students to process what they have learned during our readings, lectures and notes.
With these new resources my students will be able to easily complete their best quality projects without having to wait for materials.
Markers will allow my students to work in groups or individually to create posters to show their learning, teach the class new things, or display their knowledge in classroom activities.
