Our classroom is our home away from home. My students are a diverse community of learners and appreciate each other for their unique personalities.
If you walked into our room you will see smiling faces and active participation.
You will also hear students sharing their deep thinking and inquiring minds. If you catch us during a break, you will probably see us singing and dancing- mostly likely to the Baby Shark song.

Cursive writing develops motor skills, guarantee students will be confident when writing and signing legal documentation, helps students with disabilities, is an art form all its own, and connects students to the past. Cursive writing is one more way for students to develop the side of their brain that is not developed by basic reading and writing skills. The more diverse a teaching curriculum is, the better.
