My students are curious, creative, and supportive learners. Our school is located in the the inner city. My students have weekly interactions with graduate level students from one of our state’s most competitive universities. One highlight of our connection with these university students is a monthly visit to the School Store to redeem our tokens. The items selected are for self, friends, teacher, or family treats.
At our museum themed school, students are challenged to conduct research based discoveries.
The research based learning activities they engage in, culminate in 3 major school wide exhibition events. These events are highly supported by families, school district, and our community partners.
Please help by providing some class essentials. I will use your generous gifts to teach my students about the thoughtfulness of our wider community. We will appreciate your contributions.
My students love the challenge of conducting online research. We are a Museum School, and we learn through exploration and discovery. They take great pride in presenting their final museum standard research papers for sharing and display. The items I am requesting will make that possible. They will use the headphones to privately research text and audio resources. The request for pocket folders will allow my students to secure and organize their findings and notes. Everything on this list will provide us with ample supplies to tackle various aspects of our learning. We’ll jump for joy to know that the greater community invested in our learning.
