Curiosity Didn't Kill the Cat

My students need Little Bits kits to help improve their problem solving skills and boost their curiosity to explore new inventions.

My Students

Middle school can be one of the most trying times of our lives. I have the unique opportunity to help middle schoolers learn and grow in a safe, nurturing environment which anyone knows can be a challenging endeavor.

Our arts integrated school consists of about 800 students ranging from sixth to eighth grades with a 50% free/reduced lunch rate.

The arts integration helps our students experience many opportunities that they may not have otherwise. Because of this, we are able to take the resources that we are provided and make them into creative projects.

My Project

My students have finished their robotics season and they have been thirsty to do more. I received one Little Bits kit from a previous grant and thought that could hold my students at bay until the next robotics season. Boy was I wrong!

My students were begging to have more circuits and gadgets to use with their Little Bits kit to create more inventions.

They even want to take what they know about robotics and using the Little Bits kit with their robots. By getting more kits, my students will be able to do more the current kit that they have. Help foster this drive for creating and grow curiosity by donating to our Little Bits project!
