My Students

3-104 is a classroom filled with children who express a love for learning and who are full of life and energy. I teach in an ICT setting with 28 amazing students who work hard to reach their fullest potential. Our students truly feel they are part of a family in which everyone feels accepted and individuality is encouraged. My children love their neighborhood school because it creates a sense of community. We try to make our learning as engaging as possible through hands-on, interactive activities to keep them as involved as possible.

My Project

With the variety of learners in our classroom and the different paces for each individual child, whether they are visual learners auditory learners or kinesthetic learners, the entire class would benefit one way or another. We can use the Cricut to effectively label everything within the classroom to further language development and build vocabulary to our large population of English Language Learners. We also have students with special needs who work best when actively engaged with hands-on activities. All of our students are super creative and enjoy building and designing new things. We can use the Cricut to enhance the presentation portion of the writing process. Using the Cricut can truly allow our students to experience modern technology while getting them excited to learn on a whole new level.
