Help me give my students the basic materials we need to keep our Athletic Department running effectively. Here at CSS we want to equip our student-athletes with every thing they need.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Our Athletic Department is growing and in need of sporting equipment to compete in our sports that we offer at CSS. We are also looking to expand upon the current sports we offer and this fund will help us establish more diverse sports for our students. CSS currently offers LaCrosse, Basketball, Soccer, Swimming, Cross Country and flag football. We would love to add track and field this year and we just had 6 young ladies from our school ask about starting an all girls LaCrosse team and we already have a teacher who has said she is willing to coach. This fund would help us reach that goal. We have been able to setup a weight room in our school with the generous donations that we have received in the past and our student-athletes are benefiting from it everyday. This project we are asking for LaCrosse equipment, a few more weight room things we need to complete our weight room, as well as more track and field items and cheerleading equipment.
My Project
These are a few things that we are needing to keep our Athletic Department up-to-date. In the Spring we have some exciting sports we will be starting and continuing like Girls Soccer, so we need balls.
We will have flag football and we need footballs, both large size and small size for high school and middle school students.
We need more weights for our weight room. We have all our athletic teams being able to use the weight room and the basketball team has been taken full advantage of using the equipment that has been provided by your generous donations.
